The Town and the City is Sam Dulouz. A veteran of the hardcore and punk scenes, he is now a songwriter with an acoustic guitar and a bevy of sounds. Dulouz has collectively gigged at the majority of Chicago venues, the surrounding suburbs,as well as Midwestern universities.
