In 2005, Larissa was named one the top independent artists by the Independent Artist Registry. She has brought her soaring vocals and musical energy to headlining clubs like the Knitting Factory, featured on stages like the Kodak Theatre and to singing the national anthem for the Lakers in arenas like The Staples Center . Her song "Breathing More" appears in the Dance Dance Revolution video game a... [More]nd her song "Pendulum" was a Top 10 Finalist in Star 98.7 FM's song contest. As a composer, Larissa has written music for TV shows such as The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Growing up in Diamond Bar, CA, she was classically trained on piano. By age 13, she had written her first song. As a member of dance/Gospel group Nitro Praise, she recorded on three albums and toured nationally for three years. She has also starred in a series of vocal training videos for Expert Village that have had over 1 million views.

Larissa is currently working on her 4th solo album entitled Love and Discovery with veteran music producer, David Longoria (Sting, George Michael, CeCe Peniston) to be released in Summer 2011.!
